Should I study law or maybe become a teacher? When it comes to the difficult decision of what course to study or which career pathway to take, young people are notorious for changing their minds ... and their tertiary applications.

As final deadlines for university and TAFE application changes approach, prospective students will be reflecting and reconsidering their choices. Some may have completely changed their course interest area since their initial application and others will be exploring different institutions, recently announced new courses and study possibilities interstate.

The annual Change of Preferences Guide, to be published in the November issue, will guide people through changing their tertiary preferences list, emphasising important dates and deadlines, highlighting study opportunities they may not have considered, detailing new and cancelled courses and taking them through the tertiary offers process.
